The Arizona Labor and Employment Relations Association (ALERA), formerly known as the Arizona Industrial Relations Association (AIRA), is a chapter of LERA and is the state’s oldest, most prestigious and active association of practitioners and professionals in the fields of labor and employment relations. Our objective is to promote and improve the climate of labor and employment relations through the exchange of information and ideas, encourage research in all aspects of labor and employment relations, and to disseminate this information in a cooperative and neutral environment.
